IGS Consulting provides Singapore corporate services, including company incorporation, corporate secretarial services, accounting and taxation, and registered office and office space. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of this website, or any service described on it, at any time.

3. Information on this website is general

Everything published here — including the Resources section — is general information about Singapore corporate requirements, current at the date of publication. It is not legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice, and it does not take account of your particular circumstances.

Regulatory requirements, thresholds, deadlines and penalty amounts are set by ACRA, IRAS and other agencies, and they change. You should verify anything you intend to act on and take advice on your own position. Nothing on this website creates a client relationship between you and us; that arises only under a signed engagement.

4. Prices and quotations

Prices shown on this website are entry-level or “from” prices for the scope described, reviewed in 2026 and subject to change without notice. Where a service is priced by volume, complexity or transaction count, the published figure is a starting point, not a quotation.

Government fees, disbursements and third-party charges are payable in addition unless we have stated otherwise, and a binding fee applies only once we have issued a written quotation or engagement letter for your specific scope.

5. Compliance screening

Where we offer a complimentary compliance screening, it is a high-level review of publicly available filing information and any documents you provide. It is not an audit, a legal opinion or a tax opinion, and it is not a guarantee that a company is compliant. It may not identify every issue, and any observation is made on the basis of the documents and information available to us at the time.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this website — including text, layout, graphics, logos and the compilation of it — belongs to IGS Consulting or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may read, download and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute or use our content commercially without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

Liability for services we actually provide is governed by the engagement letter for that work, not by these terms.

You agree to indemnify IGS Consulting against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of this website or your breach of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this website.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date, and applies from the date it is posted. Continuing to use the website after that means you accept the revised terms.
