• Contact and identity details you give us — name, company name, email address, telephone number, and anything else you choose to include in an enquiry.
• Service and engagement information — the services you are interested in or have engaged us for, such as incorporation, corporate secretarial, accounting and taxation, registered office or a compliance screening.
• Information required for our regulatory obligations — where you engage us, we are required to carry out customer due diligence, which involves collecting identity and address documents for directors, shareholders and beneficial owners.
• Usage data — technical information about how this website is accessed and used, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring pages.

Please do not send us sensitive personal data, or personal data about other people, unless it is necessary for the service you are asking us about — and where it concerns someone else, only where you are entitled to provide it.

When it is no longer required for any legal or business purpose, we cease to retain it.

Subject to the PDPA and to any exceptions in it, you may:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used or disclosed in the past year
• Ask us to correct personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Withdraw consent to our use of your personal data for a particular purpose, on reasonable notice

Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide a service to you, and we will tell you where that is the case. Withdrawal does not affect our ability to retain data we are legally required to keep. To make a request, contact our Data Protection Officer using the details below.

This website may link to sites operated by others, including government agencies. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Read their policies before providing personal data to them.
